Today was the second try of our cheese-making extravaganza. My sister in law, Lynn, joined me again. This time, Thadd also joined us and he was the brains behind the operation. He tried to convince me the milk was too hot and then it was too cold. I let him take over and somehow, wildly, we ended up with cheese.Lesson learned: Let Thadd make the cheese.
I am thankful for a husband who takes an interest in my hobbies even though they don't interest him. (Day 139). Goodnight Friends.
