Today when I arrived at the barn, Chloe stepped in first and though Belle's babies had gone to Pip's stall. No such thing. Pip had twins. Nearly identical twins to those of her sister. Augusta and Pip are not blood relative, rather they are sisters in the same way I am their mother. Their home is here which makes them all related!
A friend of mine kindly agreed to let her children be the naming committee for the two new babies. The boy is Rock Candy or "Rocky" and the girl is Cherry Blossom. They are all healthy and happy and now I can rest easy. Whew! They sound like a band, "The Goats" with Rocky on bass, Cherry on vocals, Maple on keyboard and April on the drums.
I am thankful for seven healthy babies(Day 107)!!!! Goodnight Friends. A special thanks goes out to the Frain Family for their naming skills!
